Registration Instructions
Registration for clinics is on first come first serve basis.
First download the release form at the bottom of the page. Fill it out!
Then just show up to the rink atleast 15 minutes prior to clinic start and find one of Alexei's staff. Bring you're release form and payment. We accept cash and checks.
If you sign up for the 10 sessions for 300$ then a spot is gauranteed for you in 10 straight sessions from the first date that you attend a clinic. If you will not be at a clinic that you are scheduled for then you MUST let Alexei's staff know atleast 30 minutes in advance so that they note it, otherwise you will be charged for that days clinic.
Since we only take a certain amount of kids on the ice it is unfair for the other kids if you do not show up and we turn someone away.
